Important Note for Guest to Know:

• Pregnant women are subject to the pregnancy policies of the airlines, ferry, coach, train incorporated in the tour.
• Travel insurance is strictly recommended. The passenger may get insurance via Chan Brothers Express or on their own.
• Service confirmation will take about 5 working days or more. (i.e. Rooms/Land Tour Confirmations)
• Should there be any change in packages/dates, discount levels (if applicable) may vary.

Airlines

• All names on air ticket reservation must tally with passports.
• If the ticket is not issued before the deadline, airfare & availability will be subjected to changes.
• Airport Taxes are subjected to changes and will only finalise upon ticket issuance.
• Once air tickets have been issued, ticket amendment or cancellation charges shall apply (see airlines terms and conditions) We reserve the right to cancel any air ticket held on behalf of yourself with a 100% cancellation fee.
• Chan Brothers Express shall not be responsible for any Mileage Accrual Eligibility and on flight seating arrangements.

Accommodation

• Rooms are subjected to availability & confirmation. Surcharges may apply.
• Should rooms be unavailable, alternatives will be suggested, and payable price differences will apply.
• Standard Check-in time of hotels is after 3 pm while Check-out time is at 10 am.
• Smoking rooms are subject to availability and may be requested at the time of check-in. A deep cleaning fee will apply to any guest who smokes in a non-smoking room or public area.

VISA & Passport

• It is passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure that he/she has all valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of return.
• It is also passengers’ responsibility to obtain all the necessary visa, vaccinations, health certificates and travel documents as required by the various government authorities of the country (ies) to be visited.

Chan Brothers Cancellation and Amendment Charges

Amendment of the reservation is considered a cancellation and the applicable fees as per above will still apply on top of the new fare.
